Dedicated to the memory of Tracey Denise Farrell
Tracey passed away surrounded by her family on 31st March 2024 at the Grange Hospital, Cwmbran. Devoted wife of Robert, loving mother of Matthew and Gabby. Adored Daughter of Denis and Jeanne, affectionate sister of Susan, Jackie and Michael. Cherished Mother in Law to Gemma and doting Grandmother to many an animal. She is much loved by all family/ friends and will always be remembered.
